Chuan Bei Loquat Syrup

A traditional syrupy preparation pairing fritillary (Chuan Bei) with loquat leaf, in the line of the sweet syrups so popular in southern China. An unctuous, mild texture, with honey.

A preparation for pleasure, traditionally valued for its velvety sweetness, notably in the dry season.
