Xiao Shi 消食 — sprouted seeds and dried fruits

The tradition places the Earth Phase at the centre of the body, the one that transforms and distributes. The “Xiao Shi” (消食) family brings together sprouted seeds, ferments and dried fruits — matter of the table as much as of the pharmacopoeia, with sour and sweet flavours.
