4 Treasures Herbal Infusion

Four Treasures Infusion stands in the line of the “treasure” preparations of the Chinese tradition, but chooses restraint: four treasures rather than eight, brought together for the way they work as one.

The result is an infusion tighter than the Eight Treasures Infusion: the same round and comforting spirit, but a cleaner profile that goes straight to the point.

Presented in tea bags, it is made in a single gesture and slips effortlessly into a regular routine.

A composed infusion for a simple, approachable companion of the supplementing register, valued for the even measure it strikes between a spare composition and a rich cup.

It suits ordinary days as well as more demanding stretches.

• Infusion: 1 tea bag in a large cup (250 ml), water at a simmer, 5 to 8 minutes covered
• Regular use: 1 tea bag a day for 2 to 3 weeks
• Suited to daily use: a pleasant flavour, suited to regular use

To be used in moderation in cases of marked stagnation or of settled heat.
